All LAURASTAR steam irons are covered by a 2 year parts and labour repair warranty for domestic use.
Commercial use is covered by a 6 month repair warranty.

Your iron will be repaired by a factory trained technician using “genuine” parts in a timely and efficient manner.
Repair times will vary  please note the warranty is “back to base” warranty. Mt Eden, Auckland.
